H.H. Sheikha Manal bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, wife of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs, President of Dubai Women Establishment, has inaugurated the 1st Art Exchange Program exhibition ‘A Collective Experience’ which has been launched earlier this year in collaboration with Art Basel.
